Chocolate Souffle

1/2 cup cream
5 oz chocolate
heat cream, melt chocolate

3 egg whites, whisked with 1 tablespoon sugar
fold in chocolate/cream mixture

bake 12 minutes 350 degrees

courtesy of Jacques Pepin, the recipe makes a "moist" souffle according to Julia Child. She is absolutely right. Delicious!
